I've never taken a break before; what if I slip Up?

This journey isn't about perfection...it's about perspective. The lessons inside of this program will be best learned through a sober mind, BUT you'll still experience the benefits of shifting your perspective as long as you commit to completing the lessons and participating in the program no matter if you have a slip or not!

I've taken breaks before; how will this be different?

Alcohol-Freedom goes beyond abstinence and helps you re-examine your mindset around alcohol and your beliefs about yourself.

Why is this important? Well, your thoughts and beliefs inform your actions. In order to see a transformation in your actions, it's important that you investigate, challenge, and reprogram the thoughts and beliefs that drive your actions. We'll do all of this inside of alcohol-freedom.

I've already read Amanda's book and listened to her podcast, how is Alcohol-Freedom different?

Alcohol-Freedom takes a deeper dive into the lessons Amanda shares in her daily free content.

The methodology in the program is designed to guide you through a more curated, step-by-step process that builds each day.

I'm not ready to commit to a forever break-up; is this program for me?

Yep! In fact, I recommend that all my students remove the "f-word" (forever) from their vocabularies (it's overwhelming!).

In this program, we're focusing only on a 21 day break. That's it! At the end of the program you get to decide what's next!

Do I really need to take a break? Can't I just cut back?

No matter what you want your relationship with alcohol to look like long-term, I highly recommend you take a break so that you can re-evaluate with a clear head.

If you've made it to this page, I imagine you've already tried several tricks to "cut back" with limited success.

This isn't the most convenient time for me to quit drinking; can I join later?

Tough love, friend: There will never be a "convenient" time to take a break from alcohol.

There will always be a celebration to toast or a sorrow to drown. The best time to take a break from alcohol is whenever your desire to live to your full potential outweighs your desire for comfort.
